How we work
We follow a shipment through your process, from booking to delivery and billing, to see where delays and disputes happen. A good first build is a dispatch board with live GPS and a driver app for proof of delivery, with billing and analytics added next. The driver app is designed for low-cost Android phones and weak networks, and drivers are trained on it before launch.
