1. Introduction

This policy explains how Anovatech Software & Innovation Labs, a unit of Anovatech Group (registered as Anovatech Institute of Crystalline Technology Pvt. Ltd.), "we", handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us, apply for a job or program, or work with us as a client.

2. Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, and anything you write in our forms, such as project details, budget range or preferred contact method.
• Applications: your CV, education and work history when you apply for a role, internship or training program.
• How you found us: campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or gclid), the site that referred you and the first page you opened. We store these with an enquiry so we know which of our pages and campaigns work.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as device type, pages visited and approximate location, if you allow analytics cookies.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to enquiries and arrange consultations.
• To prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for.
• To assess applications for jobs, internships and training programs.
• To send our newsletter, only if you sign up and confirm your email address.
• To keep this website secure and understand how it is used.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis for processing

In India, we process personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, or for other lawful uses permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For visitors in the EU or UK, we rely on consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website uses a small number of cookies:

• Necessary cookies, always on: a session cookie and a security (XSRF-TOKEN) cookie that make our forms work and protect them from misuse. They expire after two hours of inactivity. A cookie named anv_consent remembers your cookie choice for 180 days.
• Attribution cookie: a first-party, encrypted cookie named anv_attr that remembers how you first and last reached our site (campaign tags, referring site and landing page) for 90 days. It is read only when you send us an enquiry.
• Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie banner: where we use them, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft Clarity measure visits and the results of our advertising.

You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Third-party services

We use trusted providers, who process data only on our instructions:

• Hostinger: website hosting, content delivery and email.
• Google Fonts: the website's typeface is loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, where enabled: checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot.
• Analytics and advertising tools listed in section 5, only with your consent.

Links to maps and social networks take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

7. How we share your information

We share personal data only with staff and providers who need it to help you, when the law requires it, or with your permission.

8. Data retention

• Enquiries and consultation requests: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
• Job, internship and training applications, including CVs: up to 12 months after the position or batch is filled, unless you agree to a longer period.
• Client and billing records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as Indian tax and company law require.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
• Spam: form submissions identified as spam are deleted after 30 days.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. You can also raise a grievance with us, and with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

10. Data security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and staff training to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we also plan for how we would respond to a breach.

11. Children's privacy

This website is not aimed at children. We process data about anyone under 18, for example a student applying to a training program, only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

12. International transfers

Some providers may store data outside India. Where that happens, we transfer data only as permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
