An MVP should answer one question: will people use and pay for this? We help founders and innovation teams decide what the first version must include, build it properly and put it in front of real users, without spending the budget on features nobody has asked for.

What's included

  • A scoping workshop to choose the features that test your riskiest assumptions
  • A clickable prototype to show users and investors
  • Web or mobile builds on a mainstream, documented stack
  • Sign-up, payments and admin tools where the MVP needs them
  • Product analytics to see how people actually use it
  • A launch checklist covering security, hosting and app stores

How we work

A two-week Lab Sprint turns your idea into a tested prototype and a fixed quote for the build. The MVP is then built in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. After launch we review the analytics and user feedback with you and plan the next release around what you learned.
